We are pleased to present the Third Annual “What’s So Special About Special
Education Law?” Conference. This year HYLA has teamed up with Father’s Joy
and The Rise School of Houston to offer expanded legal and advocacy topics
for attorneys, advocates, self-advocates, parents, and education
professionals. Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date law and legal
principals and present current legal analyses, planning advice, and advocacy
tips relevant to all those impacted by or involved with disability and
special education.
